Returns & Refunds

As our products are printed and produced for you in a bespoke manner we do not accept any returns unless the goods are damaged or you have received an incorrect item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.You will need to send me some pictures of the issues as proof and these issues will be investigated our end straight away. We ask you for your patience whilst we investigate. If the fault lies with us then please be assured that you will either receive a replacement or a refund. We, at Feels Good Slogan Wear, will be happy to offer a future discount as an apology.

Refunds 
If there is a genuine issue and a refund has been requested as a result, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
